Kat Evans is a photographer, mixed-media artist, and instructor living in Western North Carolina. Inquisitive to the core, she is always up for an adventure, be it a day of exploration, a chance to meet new faces or learning different ways to create. Her current work focuses on alternative photographic processes, especially cyanotype printing which brings together two things she loves dearly: photography and nature.

In the spirit of collaboration through the arts, Kat is also the co-founder of the Alchemy Artisan Collective, co-editor of the Alchemy Artisan Journal, and the Creative Director for NoCo ARTS, an art gallery and studio located in Downtown Newton, North Carolina.
